Je velice lehk\u00e9 dostat z\u00e1klady game designu, ale jak se od pokro\u010dil\u00e9ho posouvat k mistrovstv\u00ed, to je mi po\u0159\u00e1d je\u0161t\u011b z\u00e1hadou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159i m\u00e9m b\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed jsem dokonce za\u010dal pochybovat, zda je to v\u016fbec mo\u017en\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Abyste se stali expertem mus\u00edte naplnit sadu p\u0159edpoklad\u016f nejen na va\u0161\u00ed stran\u011b, ale i u discipl\u00edny samotn\u00e9. A jeden z faktor\u016f, kter\u00fd v\u00e1m v tom m\u016f\u017ee br\u00e1nit je velk\u00e1 m\u00edra n\u00e1hody v oboru, kter\u00e1 kal\u00ed zp\u011btnou vazbu.<br>Co t\u00edm mysl\u00edm:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sportovec to m\u00e1 jednoduch\u00e9. Ka\u017ed\u00fd z\u00e1pas nebo v\u00fdkon d\u00e1v\u00e1 jasnou zp\u011btnou vazbu: v\u00fdhra \/ prohra. Retrospektivn\u011b jde pak p\u0159esn\u011b dohledat, jak k tomu v\u00fdsledku do\u0161lo a na co si d\u00e1t p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u011b pozor.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V hern\u00edm pr\u016fmyslu ale takhle \u010dist\u00e9 zp\u011btn\u00e9 vazby nikdy nedoc\u00edl\u00edte. Jak bychom v\u016fbec poznali, jestli design\u00e9r usp\u011bl?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00dasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e1 hra je ta, kter\u00e1 je popul\u00e1rn\u00ed, dob\u0159e hodnocen\u00e1 a prod\u00e1v\u00e1 se. Ale designer nem\u00e1 kontrolu nad t\u00edm, jestli se stane hra popul\u00e1rn\u00ed. Pouze jestli bude z\u00e1bavn\u00e1, vybalancovan\u00e1 a (mo\u017en\u00e1) origin\u00e1ln\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zda se stane hra popul\u00e1rn\u00ed je v\u00fdsledkem marketingu, ceny, aktu\u00e1ln\u00edch trend\u016f a samoz\u0159ejm\u011b i \u00fasil\u00ed v\u0161ech \u010dlen\u016f t\u00fdmu.<br>\u00dasp\u011bchy a propady her jsou v dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b tak n\u00e1hodn\u00e9, \u017ee v\u0161echny rady a odhady jsou jen \u010dist\u00e9 spekulace. M\u016f\u017eete zkusit napodobit \u010d\u00edkoliv cestu a nedos\u00e1hnete ani vzd\u00e1len\u011b podobn\u00e9ho v\u00fdsledku.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tenhle m\u016fj argument ale trochu naboural Mr. Beast (Jimmy Donaldson) ve sv\u00e9m rozhovoru s Lexem Fridmanem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"MrBeast: Future of YouTube, Twitter, TikTok, and Instagram | Lex Fridman Podcast #351\" width=\"700\" height=\"394\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Z3_PwvvfxIU?start=5417&#038;feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Podle m\u00e9 hypot\u00e9zy, tvorba youtubov\u00fdch vide\u00ed by m\u011bla b\u00fdt stejn\u011b ne\u010diteln\u00e1.<br>Co je popul\u00e1rn\u00ed, nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt dobr\u00e9, a co je dobr\u00e9, rozhodn\u011b nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt popul\u00e1rn\u00ed.<br>On se ale dostal na vrchol cel\u00e9 platformy d\u016fkladnou anal\u00fdzou a n\u00e1slednou aplikac\u00ed nau\u010den\u00e9ho. Nejen rostl, ale hlavn\u011b se zdokonaloval ve vlastn\u00edm umu.<br><br>O tom, \u017ee se stal expertem mluv\u00ed hlavn\u011b fakt, \u017ee je nejen chopn\u00fd sv\u016fj \u00fasp\u011bch opakovat, ale tak\u00e9 dok\u00e1\u017ee mentoringem pozvednout kohokoliv, kdo je ochotn\u00fd naslouchat. Nedej bo\u017ee ud\u011blat 100 her se stejnou kadenc\u00ed, jako youtuber, tedy 1 &#8211; 3 t\u00fddn\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I v t\u00e9 nejmen\u0161\u00ed kadenci jednoho prototypu t\u00fddn\u011b se bav\u00edme o naprost\u00fdch jamovk\u00e1ch. T\u00fdden m\u016f\u017ee zn\u00edt jako hodn\u011b ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s b\u011b\u017en\u00fdmi v\u00edkendov\u00fdm jamem, v\u00fdsledn\u00fd \u010das na produkci ale bude podobn\u00fd, neli men\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159i dlouhodob\u00e9m b\u011bhu v\u00e1s budou dr\u017eet zp\u00e1tky okolnosti a denn\u00ed povinnosti. Pokud m\u00e1te pr\u00e1ci, \u0161kolu, nebo \u017eivot, ukroj\u00ed v\u00e1m v\u011bt\u0161inu \u010dasu a o moc v\u00edce ne\u017e 48h v\u00e1m stejn\u011b t\u00fddn\u011b nezbyde. (P\u0159eci jen b\u011b\u017en\u00fd pracovn\u00ed t\u00fdden m\u00e1 40h.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>JAK TOHO DOC\u00cdLIT?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Takov\u00e9 cvi\u010den\u00ed t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 v\u00fdhradn\u011b nebude pro za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00edc\u00edho v\u00fdvoj\u00e1\u0159e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pro tvorbu hry mus\u00edte um\u011bt art, hudbu, programov\u00e1n\u00ed, design a zn\u00e1t v\u0161echny n\u00e1stroje pro v\u0161echny discipl\u00edny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010clov\u011bk tedy u\u017e na startovn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1\u0159e mus\u00ed b\u00fdt extr\u00e9mn\u011b verzatiln\u00ed a z\u00e1rove\u0148 zku\u0161en\u00fd minim\u00e1ln\u011b v jedn\u00e9 discipl\u00edn\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud by se ale takov\u00fd jedinec skute\u010dn\u011b cht\u011bl do podobn\u00e9ho experimentu pustit, musel by recyklovat co nejv\u00edce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Pro prvn\u00ed hru nap\u0159\u00edklad pou\u017e\u00edt sta\u017een\u00fd\/zakoupen\u00fd art a bez animac\u00ed a zvuku ud\u011blat z\u00e1kladn\u00ed gameplay.<\/li><li>Dal\u0161\u00ed t\u00fdden v tom stejn\u00e9m projektu p\u0159id\u011blat mechaniku, kter\u00e1 gameplay z\u00e1sadn\u011b m\u011bn\u00ed a s n\u00ed ud\u011blat dal\u0161\u00ed pokus.<\/li><li>T\u0159et\u00ed t\u00fdden v tom stejn\u00e9m projektu ud\u011blat postav\u00e1m anim\u00e1tory, kter\u00e9 pak p\u016fjde p\u0159en\u00e9st i do dal\u0161\u00edho projektu.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b m\u016f\u017eete ka\u017ed\u00fd t\u00fdden ud\u011blat \u00fapln\u011b novou hru z gruntu ale pak hroz\u00ed, \u017ee \u010dasov\u00fd limit jednoho t\u00fddne bude i limitovat kam se p\u0159i zkoum\u00e1n\u00ed game designu m\u016f\u017eete dostat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je to ale dobr\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup? Touto metodou se \u010dlov\u011bk zlep\u0161\u00ed ve v\u0161ech oblastech, ale pro pr\u00e1ci v t\u00fdmu \u010dasto pot\u0159ebujete b\u00fdt sp\u00ed\u0161e profesion\u00e1l v jedn\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mo\u017en\u00e1 by proto bylo vhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed toto t\u00fddenn\u00ed prototypov\u00e1n\u00ed d\u011blat s dal\u0161\u00edmi lidmi? Tak by se ka\u017ed\u00fd mohl soust\u0159edit jen na svou specializaci?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jen\u017ee kde chcete naj\u00edt lidi ochotn\u00e9 s v\u00e1mi ka\u017ed\u00fd t\u00fdden ve sv\u00e9m voln\u00e9m \u010dase d\u011blat mal\u00e9 a neperspektivn\u00ed jamovky po dobu minim\u00e1ln\u011b dvou let?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nikde. I kdyby v\u00e1m na to ze za\u010d\u00e1tku n\u011bkdo k\u00fdvnul, v\u011bci se d\u011bj\u00ed. Lid\u00e9 budou odpad\u00e1vat a vynech\u00e1vat. Proto by bylo vhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pro takov\u00fd sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159 m\u00edt skupinu cca 20 lid\u00ed, ze kter\u00fdch by se v\u017edy slo\u017eil aspo\u0148 jeden t\u00fdm o velikosti 3 &#8211; 6 lid\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>20 lid\u00ed\u2026 to skoro vypad\u00e1, \u017ee takov\u00fd sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159 by po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b fungoval jen ve \u0161koln\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed, kde by se takto pod\u00edlela na r\u016fstu cel\u00e1 t\u0159\u00edda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud bychom se ale rad\u0161i necht\u011bli spol\u00e9hat na t\u00fdm a vr\u00e1tili se zp\u011bt k s\u00f3lo realizaci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud jste profesion\u00e1l, kter\u00fd u\u017e zvl\u00e1d\u00e1 jednu discipl\u00ednu a m\u00e1 dobr\u00e9 pov\u011bdom\u00ed o jednom enginu a m\u00e1te 2 roky, kter\u00e9 jste ochotni takov\u00e9mu experimentu ob\u011btovat\u2026 co se vlastn\u011b m\u016f\u017eete nau\u010dit?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V \u010dem byste se posunuli a co by se dalo p\u0159en\u00e9st?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mo\u017en\u00e1 by v\u00e1m to dalo \u0161est\u00fd smysl v hled\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1bavy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tak\u00e9 byste z\u00edskali lep\u0161\u00ed odhad, jak jednotliv\u00e9 slo\u017eky v\u00fdvoje funguj\u00ed, jak dlouho trvaj\u00ed a kter\u00e9 v\u011bci se daj\u00ed stihnout v kr\u00e1tk\u00e9m \u010dase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ur\u010dit\u011b by to byl dobr\u00fd tr\u00e9nink p\u0159ed pu\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm se do vlastn\u00ed solo dr\u00e1hy. Ale k \u010demu by takov\u00e1 zku\u0161enost pak byla pro pr\u00e1ci ve v\u011bt\u0161\u00edch t\u00fdmech?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mo\u017en\u00e1 nejlep\u0161\u00ed uplatn\u011bn\u00ed by pak takov\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk m\u011bl na pozici re\u017eis\u00e9ra? N\u011bkdo, kdo m\u016f\u017ee maxim\u00e1ln\u011b t\u011b\u017eit ze znalosti v\u0161ech d\u00edl\u010d\u00edch discipl\u00edn?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Re\u017eis\u00e9r ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 ze sv\u00e9 pozice u\u017e nic konkr\u00e9tn\u00edho ned\u011bl\u00e1. P\u0159enech\u00e1v\u00e1 to specializovan\u011bj\u0161\u00edm a v\u011bnuje se hlavn\u011b \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a komunikaci, kter\u00e9ho byste b\u011bhem dvou let konstantn\u00edho solo prototypov\u00e1n\u00ed zrovna moc nenatr\u00e9novali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ani by v\u00e1m takov\u00fd tr\u00e9nink nepomohl vybudovat vytrvalost a schopnost udr\u017eet si vnit\u0159n\u00ed zap\u00e1len\u00ed pro del\u0161\u00ed projekty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Co\u017e mo\u017en\u00e1 nevad\u00ed?<\/strong> Nikdo netvrdil, \u017ee 100 prototyp\u016f by v\u00e1s m\u011blo automaticky vyst\u0159elit na nejlep\u0161\u00edho design\u00e9ra na sv\u011bt\u011b.
